看遍各類文章　有說是　SYSPROC,MEM0還是什麼硬碟空間不足的　甚至出現是ORACLE　BUG之類無解的
其實只是單純的Cluster (HA) user  沒設好
檢查一下所屬群組　和　　Cluster服務是否正常啟動就好了
